This project showcases a contemporary apartment interior designed with a strong emphasis on material contrast, spatial clarity, and refined minimalism. The renovation focuses on creating a calm yet expressive living environment through the use of natural textures, muted tones, and carefully integrated architectural elements.

The overall design is built around a balanced composition of warm wood finishes, stone-look surfaces, and soft neutral walls. Clean geometry and thoughtful lighting solutions enhance the sense of openness while maintaining a clearly defined layout between the living, kitchen, and functional zones.

What We Did

• Open-Plan Living and Kitchen Area
  Designed an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen while preserving visual structure. The transition between zones is defined through material changes and furniture placement rather than physical barriers.

• Custom Kitchen Design
  Installed a bespoke kitchen featuring wood-textured cabinetry, integrated storage units, and open shelving. Stone-look countertops and backsplash add visual depth and durability, while the layout supports both daily use and social interaction.

• Kitchen Island and Bar Seating
  Incorporated a solid kitchen island that functions as both a work surface and a casual dining area. Bar seating enhances functionality and creates a natural gathering point within the space.

• Living Room Composition
  Arranged the living area with clean-lined furniture, integrated media storage, and a restrained decorative approach. The design maintains visual calm while offering comfort and flexibility for everyday living.

• Wall Finishes and Decorative Elements
  Applied smooth painted walls combined with textured stone-look panels to introduce contrast and architectural interest. Minimal wall décor was selected to complement the overall material palette without overwhelming the space.
