For this bathroom remodel, our team executed a full reconstruction that replaced the outdated shower, worn cabinetry, and aging infrastructure with a fully modernized, durable, and functional space. The renovation included complete demolition, new plumbing and electrical upgrades, custom shower construction, and premium-quality finishes throughout.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Plumbing Reconstruction
The existing shower enclosure, wall tile, flooring, vanity, plumbing fixtures, and mirrors were completely removed. All supply and drain lines were updated and reconfigured to support the new double-sink vanity and upgraded shower system. A new shower valve and handheld shower fixture were installed to improve performance and reliability.
Shower Rebuild & Tile Installation
The shower area was fully waterproofed and reconstructed with new backer board systems. The walls were retiled using a combination of textured wave-pattern tiles and modern subway tiles to create a clean, dimensional look. A custom-built shower niche with glass shelves and a corner bench was added for functional storage and comfort. A frameless glass door system with matte-black hardware completes the shower transformation.
Shower Floor & Drain System
The old shower pan was removed and replaced with a properly sloped base and stone-mosaic flooring, providing enhanced traction and a natural, spa-like feel. The drain system was upgraded to ensure efficient water flow and long-term durability.
Custom Vanity & Quartz Countertop
A new double-sink vanity with dark shaker-style cabinetry was installed. The vanity includes soft-close drawers and brushed-gold hardware for enhanced functionality. A white quartz countertop with integrated undermount sinks provides a clean, modern, and easy-to-maintain surface.
Sink & Faucet Installation
Dual undermount sinks were fitted into the new quartz top and paired with matte-black modern faucets, ensuring both aesthetic consistency and reliable everyday use.
Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
Existing wiring was updated, new outlets were installed, and a modern lighting layout was implemented. Two new vanity light fixtures were mounted above the mirrors to provide bright, even illumination across the workspace.
Mirror Installation
Old mirrors were replaced with two large gold-framed modern mirrors, adding both warmth and a refined architectural element to the vanity area.
Flooring Replacement
The previous bathroom flooring was removed and replaced with durable, water-resistant tile that complements the updated shower and vanity finishes.
Painting & Wall Preparation
All drywall surfaces were repaired, smoothed, primed, and finished with a fresh coat of moisture-resistant paint to create a cohesive and clean appearance throughout the bathroom.
Hardware, Accessories & Finishing Touches
New towel bars, shelving accents, grab bars, and matte-black hardware were installed to complete the look. The finishing touches ensure a cohesive design and long-term functionality.
Waterproofing & Construction Materials
All waterproofing membranes, setting materials, and adhesives used in the shower meet top industry standards, ensuring maximum protection and long-lasting performance in all wet areas.
