For this master bedroom renovation, our team delivered a complete transformation that elevated both comfort and design. The project focused on upgrading finishes, improving lighting, and incorporating natural materials to create a warm, modern, and highly functional retreat.
Renovation Details
Ceiling Upgrade & Wood Beam Installation
The existing ceiling was fully updated and finished with natural wood paneling and exposed wood beams. This architectural enhancement adds warmth, visual interest, and a refined modern-rustic character to the space.
Electrical & Lighting Improvements
Electrical systems were updated to support a new lighting layout. Modern wall-mounted reading sconces were installed on both sides of the bed, along with a contemporary suspended ceiling fixture to provide balanced ambient and task lighting.
New Flooring Installation
The old flooring was removed and replaced with new natural wood flooring. The updated surface improves durability, comfort, and continuity with the wood ceiling, creating a cohesive and upscale finish throughout the room.
Wall Repair & Painting
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and painted in a soft neutral tone. The new finish enhances natural light and provides a clean, calming backdrop for the updated furnishings and architectural details.
Window & Sliding Door Upgrades
Windows and the large sliding glass door were upgraded to maximize natural light and improve energy efficiency. The new sliding door provides seamless access to the outdoor space while enhancing the room’s openness.
Custom Bed & Upholstered Headboard Installation
A custom bed with a vertically channeled upholstered headboard was installed, creating a strong focal point and adding both comfort and sophistication to the master bedroom.
Built-In Furniture & Storage Updates
New nightstands and a custom dresser were installed, featuring modern hardware and clean lines. These additions provide practical storage while maintaining a streamlined, contemporary aesthetic.
Finish Carpentry & Final Details
Baseboards, trim, and finishing details were updated to complete the renovation. All elements were carefully coordinated to ensure a polished, cohesive, and high-end final result.
