For this gallery interior renovation, our team completed a full transformation of an open commercial space into a clean, modern exhibition environment. The project focused on structural reconfiguration, new partition walls, upgraded finishes, and professional lighting to create a functional and adaptable gallery layout.

Renovation Details

Selective Demolition & Space Reconfiguration
Existing interior elements were removed to open the space and allow for a new layout. The floor plan was reconfigured to accommodate multiple exhibition zones with clear circulation paths and defined display areas.

New Partition Wall Construction
Custom gypsum board partition walls were framed and installed throughout the space. These walls create standalone display surfaces, alcoves, and corridors while maintaining flexibility for future exhibitions.

Wall Preparation & Painting
All walls and partitions were fully skim-coated, sanded, and painted. The majority of surfaces were finished in white to provide a neutral exhibition backdrop, with select accent walls painted black to enhance contrast and visual depth.

New Wood Flooring Installation
The existing flooring was removed and replaced with a light-toned hardwood floor. The new flooring provides durability for public use while adding warmth and balance to the minimalist interior.

Ceiling System & Lighting Installation
The ceiling was updated with integrated architectural panels and skylight elements. Track lighting systems and recessed fixtures were installed to provide adjustable, gallery-grade illumination for wall-mounted and freestanding displays.

Electrical Upgrades
New electrical lines were run to support lighting systems and gallery requirements. Power outlets and lighting controls were installed discreetly to preserve clean wall surfaces and uninterrupted display areas.

Baseboards & Finish Carpentry
New baseboards were installed throughout the space, and all corners, edges, and transitions were finished cleanly to achieve a precise, professional appearance.

Final Surface Preparation
All surfaces were inspected, corrected, and detailed to ensure uniform quality. The completed space is fully prepared for exhibition installation and ongoing public use.
