For this staircase and entryway renovation, our team completed a full structural and finish upgrade, transforming the space into a clean, modern, and durable interior. The renovation included demolition of existing finishes, installation of new stair components, stone wall cladding, upgraded flooring, and new electrical lighting systems.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Surface Preparation
All existing wall finishes, flooring materials, and outdated stair components were removed. Substrates were repaired, leveled, and prepared to meet installation requirements for stone, glass, and wood finishes.
Staircase Reconstruction & Tread Installation
The staircase structure was reinforced and rebuilt as needed. New wooden stair treads were installed and securely fastened, providing improved durability, safety, and uniform alignment throughout the stair system.
Glass Railing & Handrail Installation
New tempered glass railings were installed along the staircase and upper landing. Metal mounting hardware and handrails were precisely aligned and securely anchored in compliance with safety standards.
Stone Wall Cladding Installation
Walls were fully clad with marble stone panels installed in a vertical layout. The installation included precise cutting, adhesive application, and joint sealing to ensure long-term durability and structural stability.
New Flooring Installation
The existing floor was replaced with polished stone tile. Proper substrate preparation, adhesive setting, and grout sealing were completed to provide a durable, wear-resistant surface suitable for high-traffic areas.
Electrical & Lighting Upgrades
New electrical wiring was installed to support recessed ceiling lights and integrated LED accent lighting. All fixtures were properly connected, tested, and adjusted to ensure safe operation and even illumination throughout the space.
Wall Finishing & Final Details
All remaining wall areas were patched, smoothed, and finished to achieve clean transitions between materials. Final detailing, alignment checks, and surface cleaning were completed prior to project delivery.
