This project delivers a clean, modern office interior designed for daily professional use. The space is finished in neutral tones with durable surfaces, integrated lighting, and a cohesive dark-grey door and hardware palette. The layout includes a main office area, a compact kitchenette, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Scope of Work

Main Office Area Finishing
Completed wall and ceiling finishing in a light neutral palette and installed large-format floor tiles for durability and easy maintenance. Integrated modern ceiling detailing with recessed spots and indirect lighting for a clean architectural look.
Custom Storage / Built-In Cabinetry
Designed and installed built-in storage solutions to optimize organization and keep the office visually minimal and clutter-free.
Compact Kitchenette
Installed a functional kitchenette with cabinetry, worktop, sink zone, and backsplash. Added under-cabinet/task lighting to improve usability while maintaining a sleek, modern appearance.
Bathroom Renovation (Shower + Toilet)
Fully renovated the bathroom with large-format tiles, a glass-enclosed shower, wall-mounted toilet, modern vanity with integrated basin, and a large mirror with LED lighting. Finishes were selected to be water-resistant, low-maintenance, and visually consistent with the overall design language.
Doors, Frames, and Final Details
Installed modern interior doors in a dark-grey tone, aligned frames and hardware, and completed final trimming and detailing to ensure a uniform, professional finish throughout.
