For this lecture hall renovation, our team executed a full transformation, upgrading the space into a bright, modern, and highly functional environment for learning. The renovation included demolition, new flooring, lighting upgrades, and a complete redesign of the seating layout for enhanced comfort and accessibility.
Renovation Details
Full Demolition & Structural Upgrades
The old flooring and outdated structures were removed to make way for the new, modern design. Structural elements were reconfigured to optimize seating arrangement and provide better sightlines for all students.
Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
The existing lighting system was replaced with new energy-efficient LED lights, providing bright and even illumination throughout the hall. The upgraded lighting enhances the overall atmosphere and ensures better visibility for presentations and lectures.
New Flooring Installation
The old carpet was removed and replaced with modern, textured carpet tiles, which improve acoustics while also adding a contemporary look to the room. The new flooring contributes to both comfort and durability.
Seating Configuration & Accessibility Improvements
The seating arrangement was reconfigured with tiered seating and integrated desk areas to provide better access and visibility for all attendees. This new layout ensures a comfortable, organized space for learning.
Installation of Projection System
A new ceiling-mounted projector was installed to allow for high-quality multimedia presentations. The AV system was optimized to meet the needs of modern teaching methods and enhance the educational experience.
Wall Finishing & Painting
All walls were prepared and repainted in a neutral color to create a light, spacious feel. This not only brightens the room but also ensures a cohesive aesthetic with the updated seating and flooring.
Safety & Evacuation Enhancements
New emergency exit signs and improved evacuation paths were integrated into the design, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
Final Touches & Aesthetic Refinements
