For this commercial interior renovation, our team completed a full transformation of a shared dining and lounge space, upgrading finishes, lighting, and layout to create a modern, warm, and functional environment. Renovation Details

Interior Demolition & Preparation
Existing furniture, outdated fixtures, and select interior elements were removed to prepare the space for a complete refresh. All surfaces were inspected, repaired as needed, and prepared for new finishes to ensure long-term performance.

Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
The lighting layout was upgraded with the installation of new oversized woven pendant fixtures and improved ceiling lighting. Electrical connections were adjusted to support the new fixtures, enhancing both illumination quality and energy efficiency throughout the space.

Flooring Upgrade
The existing flooring was refreshed with a durable, seamless surface designed for high-traffic commercial use. The neutral finish improves light reflection, enhances cleanliness, and complements the natural wood elements used throughout the interior.

Wall Finishing & Painting
All walls were repaired, smoothed, and repainted in a soft neutral color palette. The updated wall finish brightens the space and provides a clean backdrop for furniture, greenery, and decorative elements.

Furniture Installation & Layout Redesign
New solid wood dining tables, chairs with woven cane backs, and lounge seating were installed. The seating layout was redesigned to improve circulation, maximize functionality, and clearly define dining and lounge areas within the open floor plan.

Ceiling & Architectural Enhancements
Ceiling elements were visually enhanced through updated lighting placement and fixture selection, helping define zones and add architectural interest without altering the structural layout.

Indoor Greenery Integration
Decorative indoor plants were installed throughout the space to introduce natural elements, soften the interior, and improve the overall atmosphere. The greenery also helps visually separate areas without the need for permanent partitions.

Final Styling & Finishing Touches
The renovation was completed with final detailing, including table accessories, decorative accents, and furniture alignment. All elements were carefully coordinated to deliver a cohesive, inviting, and professionally finished commercial interior.
