The original first floor featured a traditional, closed-off layout. The kitchen had dark islands and green walls, while the separate dining and living rooms were filled with dated, dark wood furniture and warm-toned decor, creating a less cohesive feel.
What We Did
We completely reimagined the space to create a bright, open, and modern home. Key changes included:

Kitchen Overhaul: Replaced old cabinets with sleek, modern white units and installed a stunning marble central island with integrated appliances.

Open-Concept Living: Transformed the living and dining areas into a single, flowing space. We added a modern white fireplace with a wall-mounted TV and updated the dining room with contemporary furniture.

Updated Finishes: Installed light wood flooring, added recessed lighting, and applied a fresh, neutral color palette throughout to enhance brightness and space.
The Result
The renovation resulted in a functional, stylish, and incredibly welcoming first story. The new open layout is perfect for both family living and entertaining, blending modern aesthetics with a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
