For this living and dining area renovation, our team delivered a complete transformation that turned a conventional interior into a modern, minimalist, and highly functional open-concept space. Renovation Details
Electrical System & Layered Lighting Installation
The electrical system was upgraded to support a new layered lighting concept. Modern linear pendant fixtures were installed above the dining table, recessed ceiling lights were added, and concealed LED strip lighting was placed along the ceiling perimeter and media wall, creating a warm and balanced ambiance throughout the space.
Flooring Replacement & Enhancement
The existing flooring was removed and replaced with large-format polished tiles. This new flooring enhances natural light reflection, improves durability, and visually unifies the living and dining areas into a seamless space.
Media Wall & Wall Finishes Upgrade
A custom media wall was created using marble-look panels with vertical black accent lines. This design frames the TV area, adds architectural depth, and serves as a focal point in the living room.
Custom Furniture Installation & Layout Optimization
The layout was reconfigured to improve flow and functionality. A custom dining table with upholstered chairs and a sectional sofa were positioned to define the living area, emphasizing comfort while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
Window Treatments & Natural Light Control
Floor-to-ceiling sheer and blackout curtains were installed to soften daylight and provide privacy when needed. These treatments add texture while keeping an airy and elegant feel.
Built-in Storage & Cabinetry Installation
Custom built-in cabinetry was added to maximize storage without overwhelming the space. Integrated lighting within the cabinetry enhances both functionality and visual appeal.
