What We Did

Surface Preparation
Thoroughly prepared the concrete substrate through mechanical cleaning and leveling. All surface imperfections were corrected to ensure proper adhesion and a uniform final result. -
Epoxy Priming
Applied a deep-penetrating epoxy primer to strengthen the base, seal the concrete, and prevent air bubbles from forming during subsequent layers. -
Base Epoxy Layer
Installed a high-performance epoxy base coat to create a strong, waterproof, and dimensionally stable foundation for the decorative system. -
Decorative Flake Application
Broadcasted multi-tone gray and white decorative flakes evenly across the surface, providing texture, slip resistance, and visual depth while concealing minor dirt and wear. -
Protective Topcoat
Sealed the surface with a clear, wear-resistant topcoat that enhances durability, resists chemicals and abrasion, and simplifies ongoing cleaning.
The result is a long-lasting, low-maintenance floor with a consistent texture and neutral aesthetic, built to withstand moisture, mechanical stress, and daily use.
