This project focused on the design and installation of a modern, integrated heating system that enhances both thermal comfort and architectural appeal throughout the home. The linear fireplace serves as the central heat source and a visual anchor for the main living space, while carefully planned heat outlets ensure balanced warmth across all adjacent rooms.

• Built-In Linear Fireplace
  Installed a contemporary linear fireplace seamlessly integrated into a custom shiplap feature wall. The low-profile horizontal design delivers consistent radiant heat while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic suitable for an open-concept layout.

• Whole-Home Heat Distribution
  Designed and coordinated heat outlets throughout the house to promote even temperature distribution. Vent placement was carefully planned to avoid hot and cold zones while supporting natural airflow between rooms.

• Concealed Venting & Airflow Control
  Integrated floor and wall vents discreetly within millwork and baseboards to maintain a clean visual appearance without compromising system performance or accessibility.

• Custom Millwork & Built-In Seating
  Constructed heat-rated custom cabinetry and window bench seating around the fireplace, combining functional storage with safe clearances and durable materials designed for long-term exposure to heat.

• Energy Efficiency & System Optimization
  Improved overall thermal performance through proper insulation, air sealing, and system calibration, resulting in enhanced comfort and reduced energy consumption during colder months.

• Clean Finish & Final Integration
  Completed all finishing details with precise trim work, flush transitions, and cohesive materials to ensure the heating system feels like an intentional architectural element rather than an add-on.
