Renovation Details

Interior Demolition & Surface Preparation
All existing finishes were removed as needed, and wall surfaces were repaired, leveled, and prepared for new installations. The space was brought to a clean structural condition to ensure precise alignment and long-term durability of all new materials.

Wall Finishing & Painting
Walls were fully skimmed, sanded, and painted with commercial-grade interior paint. Careful attention was given to corners, penetrations, and transitions to achieve a smooth, uniform finish throughout the restroom and locker areas.

Ceiling System & Electrical Lighting
The ceiling was upgraded with a suspended panel system integrating recessed LED downlights, ventilation grilles, and fire safety components. The new lighting layout provides even illumination and meets commercial building and safety standards.

A custom floating vanity system was installed, improving floor clearance and ease of cleaning. The vanity was paired with a seamless solid-surface countertop for a clean, modern appearance and moisture resistance.

Sink, Faucet & Plumbing Installation

Mirror & Wall Lighting Enhancements
