For this living room renovation, our team completed a comprehensive interior upgrade focused on structural finishes, electrical work, and custom-built installations. The existing space was updated with new wall finishes, integrated lighting, and built-in elements to create a clean, modern, and fully functional living area suitable for everyday use.
Renovation Details
Wall Preparation & Finishing
All wall surfaces were prepared, repaired, and leveled prior to finishing. Decorative wall panels were installed in the media wall area, followed by full painting in a neutral color palette to achieve a consistent and uniform appearance throughout the room.
Custom Media Wall Construction
A full-height custom media wall was constructed, including a wall-mounted TV area, concealed storage cabinets, and open vertical display niches. The built-in unit was securely anchored to the structure and finished with durable materials suitable for long-term residential use.
Electrical & Lighting Installation
New electrical lines were installed to support the media wall, integrated shelving, and ceiling fixtures. Recessed ceiling lights, track lighting, and concealed LED strip lighting were added to improve overall illumination and provide functional accent lighting for the built-in elements.
Flooring Installation
The existing floor covering was removed, and the subfloor was prepared for new installation. Large-format polished tile flooring was installed to provide durability, ease of maintenance, and a seamless finish across the living room area.
Ceiling Work & Fixtures
The ceiling was prepared and finished to accommodate new recessed lighting and track systems. A ceiling-mounted fan was installed to improve air circulation while integrating cleanly with the updated ceiling layout.
Window Treatments & Trim Work
New curtain tracks were installed, followed by the installation of layered window treatments. All visible trim and junctions were properly aligned and finished to ensure a clean transition between walls, ceiling, and window openings.
Final Installation & Completion
All built-in elements, lighting systems, and electrical components were tested and adjusted. Final detailing and cleanup were completed to deliver a fully finished living room ready for use.
